High blood pressure or hypertension is called a 'silent killer' for good reason. It often has no symptoms, but is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Therefore, it is very important to check your blood pressure and review your lifestyle habits from time to time.

Risk factors for high blood pressure include overweight, stress and mental strain, low levels of exercise, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, low water intake, excessive salt intake and poor eating habits (excessive consumption of sugar, wheat, meat and dairy products). Moderate consumption of the latter and the addition of plenty of fruits, vegetables and green salads to the menu, along with healthy habits, keeps your blood pressure in order.

The most common symptoms of high blood pressure are: headache, dizziness, tiredness, nervousness, nosebleeds, chest tightness and palpitations.

During the preparation of the prescription for the blood pressure complex, Ecosh was consulted with professor Tiiu Kullisaar from the Institute of Biomedicine and Transplantation of the University of Tartu.

The ingredients in the product help to dilate blood vessels and thus increase blood flow and oxygen availability to both the heart and brain.

Composition and application

Usage: 5 capsules daily with a balanced diet as recommended by your doctor.
Take with a high fat meal.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
