BIOACTIVE B-COMPLEX in optimal doses and quickly reaching the body. B vitamins are involved in most of the body's metabolic processes. B vitamins contribute to the production of cellular energy, the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, the communication between nerve cells (memory, focus, concentration) and the normal functioning of the brain, nervous, hormonal and immune systems.

What does bioactive mean? A bioactive substance is immediately ready to enter the network of biochemical transformations or metabolism, which is the basis of the life of organisms. Inactive vitamins must first become active in the cell, but the bioactive vitamin is in coenzyme form and does not require further reactions in the cell.

B vitamins perform many different and important functions in the body:

Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) helps maintain normal vision and protects cells from oxidative stress.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) promotes normal energy metabolism and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
Choline (vitamin B4) promotes normal homocysteine and fat metabolism and supports liver function.
Pantothenic acid (B5) contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological functions, the functioning of the immune system and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
Biotin (vitamin B7) helps maintain the normal condition of hair, skin and mucous membranes.
Folic acid (vitamin B9) participates in the process of cell division, contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids and hematopoiesis.

Ingredients: bulking agent: rice flour, vitamin B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), glazing agent: pullulan (vegetable capsule), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), choline (phosphatidylcholine FROM SOY), inositol, vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5′- phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), vitamin B7 (D-biotin), vitamin B9 (calcium-L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

ALLERGENS: Choline B4 vitamin contains soy

HOW TO USE: 1 to 2 capsules daily with water. It is recommended to administer the product in the morning after meals within 1-6 months, as needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor or pharmacist in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding and medication use. Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Long-term use of vitamin B6 (more than 10 mg per day) may cause mild tingling and numbness. Due to the high content of vitamin B6, the supplement is not suitable for children.
