BSN Syntha-6 Edge is an innovative protein based on four types of protein: milk, whey, micellar and casein. The circulating protein has the highest rate of absorption. The rate of its assimilation is extremely high: 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the form (concentrate, hydrolyzate, isolate). Milk protein is more resistant to enzymes and is absorbed in about 40-60 minutes. The longest absorption period is characterized by slow proteins: micellar casein and calcium caseinate. they complement each other favorably and form a single matrix at the edge of Syntha-6 with a complex anesthetic effect.

Recommendations for use:

It is recommended to take the complex protein in 1-2 portions a day: between meals and / or at night. It is recommended to use whey protein to close anoxic windows. Complex products have a long period of fragmentation and are of little use for these purposes.

Before using Syntha-6 Edge, you must first dissolve it in water or milk. Recommended portion: 1 scoop of protein per 250 ml of fluid.
