INSTRUCTIONS : When used as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of 600-800ml of cold water or, optionally, a drink before, during or after exercise.

CAUTION: Stir and drink immediately to prevent sedimentation. For maximum effect: Do not eat or consume sheik 20-30 minutes after taking AMINOxTM.

ATTENTION : For maximum results, consume 3.5L of water in addition to a protein- and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine when you start to feel the effects of AMINOxTM. AMINOxTM exerts its maximum effect from 3 to 12. per week. After a break of 12 weeks, take at least 4 weeks.
