The product contains caffeine from guarana berries. 1 to 2 tablespoons (10 to 20 g) of the product contains 78 to 157 mg of caffeine, which is more than a double espresso shot. Guarana has a stimulating effect, protects against stress and increases physical and mental performance.

The product also contains iron from chokeberry and strawberry. Iron helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and promotes normal energy metabolism.

Add product to water or your favorite beverage, we recommend 2 tablespoons (20 g) of product containing 157 mg caffeine and 4.24 mg iron.
