Choose the toppings as you wish: you can make your own pizza with vegetables or meat, but it can be fully vegan as well!

Toppings on Protein Pizza pizza crust depends only on your taste! But be aware of that different toppings’ calorie content will be added to the calorie content of the pizza crust. So, instead of instant pizza sauce, make your own home-made tomato sauce with herbs and if you are a bold type, you can make home-made guacamole or pesto, too! Considering toppings, rather choose vegetables or if you are a meat lover, put some thin slice chicken ham on your pizza. Instead of fatty cheese, choose light mini mozzarella!

Composition and application

In 1 serving (50 g pizza crust mix with 50 ml water):

Directions:

Mix 1 serving (50 g) pizza dough powder with 50 ml lukewarm water (for a 15 cm pizza). Let the dough rise (30-45 minutes) and after that form the pizza dough and sprinkle toppings on it as you wish. Line a pan with baking paper and put your pizza on it. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 230 °C.
