Ingredients: Potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, hawthorn flower extract ( ld Crataegus monogyna ).

Usage: For adults, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of 2.5 g of powder into a glass of liquid, mix and drink or mix with food.
The contents of the jar will last for a month!
It is recommended to use continuously for up to 3 months.
