The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution improves water absorption and helps maintain endurance during long-term training (or other physical exertion).
Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, supports normal energy metabolism and protein synthesis.

NRV - reference daily intake for an adult

Use: Mix the contents of the packet with 500 ml of water or juice and drink during and/or after exercise/physical activity. Adults and teenagers 1 packet, children aged 6-12 1/2 packets per day.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist for a different dosage.

Ingredients: Sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate (organic origin, obtained from the water of the Dead Sea), sodium carbonate, dried acerola cherry ( ld. Malpighia glabra L. ) extract, zinc citrate.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry place at a temperature of up to +30 °C, protected from moisture. Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the ingredients. ATTENTION! the product is free of fragrances, flavors, colors and sweeteners, which is why the drink mix has a neutral taste. Sediment and turbidity possible. No stabilizers or emulsifiers have been added to the food supplement, so the color and structure of the powder may change, but this does not affect the positive properties of the product.
