NRV - reference daily intake for an adult

Ingredients: Zinc citrate.

Usage: For adults, 1/2 packet per day, pour directly into the mouth or mix in a glass of water (100-200 ml) and drink. Take a 2-day break every 5 days. It is recommended to use continuously for up to 2 months.
It is not recommended to consume on an empty stomach!

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry place at a temperature of up to +30 °C, protected from moisture. Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the ingredients. ATTENTION! the product is free of fragrances, flavors, colors and sweeteners, which is why the drink mix has a neutral taste. Sediment and turbidity possible.
