A key protein in the body, collagen makes up 30% of all proteins in the body. Smooth muscle tissue, blood vessels, gastrointestinal tract, heart, gallbladder, bladder, kidneys, ending in hair and nails, lining the walls of collagen.

Collagen is also very important for the elasticity of the skin, it helps to keep the skin tight and ensures the constant renewal of skin cells. The body is able to produce collagen on its own, but as it ages, its production slows down and the cell structure weakens.

Ingredients:

Hydrolysed collagen.

Product use:

Add 2 teaspoons of collagen to either water or your favorite smoothie. When added to water, mix well and leave to stand for 2 minutes to allow the collagen to dissolve (it dissolves better in warmer liquids, you can pull a little in the colder ones). You can also add collagen to your (morning) coffee / tea instead of cream. This significantly softens the strong taste of the coffee, while adding a nutty dress without changing the color of the coffee.
