Composition and application

Ingredients: freeze-dried raspberries, raspberry leaves, freeze-dried apples, lemon balm, moringa or oilseed radish leaves, green rooibos, mint leaves.

How to use: For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a cup, pour 200 ml of water and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
