Description

A gentle and effective daily comprehensive treatment for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. Preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding are critical periods for optimizing maternal health and nutrition, which is important for both mother and baby. During this time, overall nutritional and caloric needs increase significantly. However, it is often difficult for women to meet their daily nutritional needs through diet alone. Our formula contains highly absorbable, tissue-ready vitamins and minerals that are gentle on the stomach.

Folic acid promotes healthy development of the brain and spinal cord. Basic Prenatal contains a bioactive form of folate - 5-MTHF.
Vitamins C, B6 and K have been shown to help with morning sickness.
Provides additional nutrients necessary for continued healthy fetal development and preparation of mother and baby for childbirth.
Contains highly absorbable and well-studied iron bisglycinate, which satisfies the increased iron requirement of a pregnant woman.
