Composition and application

Ingredients: PepForm tryptophan peptides ( whey peptides /from milk /, L-tryptophan), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

How to use: People weighing up to 80 kg take 2 capsules per day, and people weighing more than 80 kg take 4 capsules per day. Take half the dose (1 or 2 capsules depending on body weight) after exercise and the other half dose (1 or 2 capsules depending on body weight) before bed. Drink plenty of water.
