Ingredients: Water, apple juice from apple juice concentrate 20%, acidity regulator: citric acid; gamma-aminobutyric acid GABA, L-tryptophan, hops cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.), L-theanine, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), melatonin, flavor, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish, fish.

Suggested usage: Consume 1 bottle (100 ml) per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not consume more than 1 serving per day. Beneficial effects occur when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed. The product is intended for adults. Sediment is a natural phenomenon. Shake before consumption. After opening, store in the refrigerator, consume within 24 hr.

Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the supplement. The product is not recommended for children, pregnant women, breastfeeding women.
