Description

OOMEX fish oil with a high content of optimal omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and enriched with vegetable oil helps maintain normal daily levels of essential fatty acids in the body. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by the body itself and can only be obtained from food. The best source of omega-3 is fatty fish such as mackerel, sardines, salmon, herring, tuna. Since sometimes we do not eat fish often enough to get the necessary amount of healthy fatty acids, a fish oil supplement is a good alternative. The product contains Tutti-Frutti flavor, which makes it more enjoyable and suitable for children.

The vegetable oil contained in the product is organic, grown in Estonia, with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids and natural vitamin E.

Composition and application

Ingredients: 61% organic safflower oil ( camelina sativa or field safflower, contains ALA fatty acids and natural vitamin E), FISH OIL (anchovy, mackerel, sardine, contains EPA and DHA fatty acids), lemon flavor and aroma, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, flavor (tutti-frutti).

How to use: The recommended daily dose is 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons). Children from 3.5 ml per day. 5-10 ml per day for children 12 years old and adults.
