Description

High in the optimal omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and enriched with vegetable oil, OOMEX Fish Oil helps maintain normal daily levels of essential fatty acids in the body. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by the body itself and can only be obtained from food. The best sources of omega-3 are fatty fish such as mackerel, sardines, salmon, herring, and tuna. Since we sometimes don't eat fish often enough to get the right amount of healthy fatty acids, a fish oil supplement is a good alternative.

The vegetable oil contained in the product is organic, grown in Estonia, high in omega-3 fatty acids and natural vitamin E.

Composition and application

Ingredients: 61% organic safflower oil ( camelina sativa or field safflower, contains ALA fatty acids and natural vitamin E), FISH OIL (anchovy, mackerel, sardine, contains EPA and DHA fatty acids), lemon flavor and flavor, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol ).

How to use: The recommended daily dose is 5–10 ml (1–2 teaspoons). Children from 3.5 ml per day. 5-10 ml per day for children 12 years old and adults.
