What are branched chain amino acids?

Branched chain amino acids are essential amino acids with a 2: 1: 1 balance of leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are considered essential and are not synthesized in the body and should be taken as food / supplements.

Product usefulness?

During exercise, the need for amino acids increases and it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain the required amount of amino acids from nutrient amino acids alone. By using this powder, you can easily achieve higher levels of optimal branched chain amino acids.

The amino acid can be taken the day or before and after exercise.

How to use the product?

5 grams of BCAA should be taken 2-4 times a day. You can consume the product by mixing it with water or, for best results, add 2 small tablespoons of MyProtein to your favorite juice or sheep before / after your workout.
