Mammut's XXL Booster is a multi-complex booster that provides the body with essential pre-workout nutrients. In addition to  dextrose  , the amino acids glutamine , beta-alanine , and L-arginine , it contains 255 mg of taurine  and 1,137 mg of creatine  per serving. Dextrose, also known as glucose or dextrose, is one of the simple sugars. It belongs to the category of carbohydrates that provide energy. In concentrated form, dextrose is quickly absorbed by the body, which is especially useful during physical exertion. After a short time, it is available as fuel for the muscles and brain.

amino acids are the basic building blocks of proteins. In addition to maintaining muscle mass, protein also helps maintain healthy bones. The glutamine it contains is an essential amino acid that the body can produce on its own. Beta-alanine is a non-essential and non-proteinogenic amino acid. In combination with histidine, the dipeptide carnosine is formed, which is mainly found in muscle fibers. The semi-essential amino acid L-arginine is the starting material for the formation of nitric oxide (NO). The Mammut XXL Booster also contains the essential amino acids L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine and L-Valine, also known as BCAAs. BCAA stands for "Branched Chain Amino Acids".

They are present in a ratio of 2:1:1 (L-leucine:L-isoleucine:L-valine).

Mammut XXL Booster is also rich in  vitamins  B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, niacin, folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid, as well as  minerals. Optimized chromium, magnesium and zinc. Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients for the body that must come from food or supplements. Among other things, zinc helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system  and normal  protein synthesis  . Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, niacin, biotin and pantothenic acid contained in XXL Booster contribute, among other things, to the normal function of  energy metabolism. Vitamins B2, C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B6, B12, C and folic acid contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. In addition, vitamins B2, B6, B12, C, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic acid help  reduce fatigue.
