Description

Carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) is a dipeptide composed of alanine and histidine. It is naturally found in high concentrations in muscle and nerve tissues, and is known to decline with age. Carnosine protects cellular and tissue structures during the aging process due to its functions in neutralizing free radicals and stabilizing membranes.

Prevents the accumulation of lactic acid in muscles during intense training.
Neutralizes active forms of oxygen - they are formed during cellular respiration and in excess quantities can oxidize cell walls, destroying them prematurely.
It has anti-inflammatory properties - it protects the body from inflammation and maintains the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Composition and application

How to use: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily, preferably with meals.

Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
