Therefore, after a long search for suitable raw materials and consultations with top Estonian athletes, Recovery Hydro Pro was born. It is very suitable for use after a workout in the gym, on a running track, on a bicycle or in any sport you do.

Hydrolysed Proteins
Highly Hydrolyzed Whey Protein - The main source of protein which, due to its particularly high 25% hydrolysis level (DH25), acts faster and is absorbed by the body much better than regular whey protein. Not to be confused with cheaper hydrolysed proteins which actually have a level of hydrolysis of only 2-3% and this is not indicated on the packaging. However, high hydrolysis takes the protein to the next level in the process of restoring performance. Its effect is reflected in faster muscle recovery and development.
Hydrolyzed Casein - Normal casein is known to many sports fans but is a relatively slow-acting dietary supplement. However, hydrolysed casein is a rare higher form of casein, which has a faster absorption and action due to hydrolysis. It helps to prevent muscle pain very well during recovery and thus to recover better.
Glutamine Peptides - Again, the usual L-Glutamine amino acid is known to many sports fans, but glutamine peptides are a lesser known higher form that again works and is better absorbed by helping to raise muscle levels of glutamine during recovery.
BCAA and L-carnitine - more than 8.8% (more than 4.4g per serving) of Hydro Recovery Pro drink is essential and also added to help L carnitine recovery.

Fast And Slow Carbohydrates
We use both fast and slow energy carbohydrates to restore our post-workout energy supply. Maltodextrin is a source of fast energy with its high glycemic index (130 while sugar, for example, is 65) and provides the body with more energy quickly after exercise. However, palatinose ™ isomaltulose is a source of slow energy with its low (32) glycemic index and provides energy to the body more evenly over time.

Micronized Creatine
Creatine monohydrate in micronized form is particularly fine-grained and dissolves and is well absorbed by the body. Creatine is an integral dietary supplement for many female and male athletes, helping to develop explosive strengths. Composition and application

Usage:
Use it immediately after a workout or at the end of a workout. Due to the high level of hydrolysis, Real Hydro Whey has the greatest effect right at the end of a workout when the body is most receptive to protein and uses it for muscle regeneration and development.
Pour 300 ml of water into the shaker, add 50 g (1 small measuring spoon) of ICONFIT Hydro Recovery Pro mixture. Shake until evenly dissolved and consume immediately.
Before the workout, also consume 1 serving (40 g) of ICONFIT Crea Shortcut mixture, which contains carbohydrates for energy at the beginning of the workout, BCAA 2: 1:1 amino acids help reduce muscle fatigue during the workout, and creatine contributes to strength development.
