Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Indian saffron in medieval Europe, is a yellowish powder obtained from the fleshy rhizomes of plant species belonging to the turmeric family, which is very common in many Asian cuisines. The spice has a very strong aroma and a bitter taste. Turmeric is rarely sold raw, it is usually pre-cooked, dried and then ground into a powder. INGREDIENTS : Curcuma longa drug, curcumin 95% extract, curcumin BCM-95 extract, black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) or piperine 95% extract, herbal capsule ( glazing agent pullulan ).

ALLERGENS: None

ADMINISTRATION: 4 capsules daily or as recommended by a therapist or doctor. For sensitive stomach and stomach problems, take 1-2 capsules a day, one capsule at a time with one meal. Administer with water and with fatty foods.
