This is a versatile mix for quick and easy preparation of delicious pancakes or crispy waffles. In just 5 minutes, you can prepare airy pancakes that go well with fruits, peanut butter or sauces.

Composition and application

How to use: Mix 75g (3 measuring spoons) with 75ml water or milk until smooth, leave to stand for 3-5 minutes, then form 3-4 pancakes and fry in a hot, well-oiled frying pan for 3-4 minutes or in a waffle iron (according to the instructions for the appliance). Please note: The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
