Description

Cluster Dextrin™ is a cyclic dextrin with a long and complex chain structure, obtained from corn starch. This type of carbohydrate is quickly absorbed and is an excellent choice for use during and after training, especially in endurance sports. Cluster Dextrin™ is characterized by a lower glycemic index and has a molecular weight exceeding that of regular maltodextrin by 2,001,000 times. Due to its high absorption rate and high molecular weight, it does not overload the digestive system, which makes it ideal for replenishing energy during or after physical activity. Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function after intense or prolonged exercise that causes fatigue and depletion of muscle glycogen stores. No taste!

Composition and application

How to use: Mix one serving (25g = 3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 300-400ml of water (or other liquid of your choice). On training days, drink one serving within 4 hours after training or during prolonged exercise.
