Ingredients: Rice flour, whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed protein, chocolate powder (sucrose,cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder, natural flavouring), skimmed milk powder, whole egg powder, calcium caseinate (contains milk), egg white powder, flavourings, raising agent (sodium carbonates), baking powder [raising agents (sodiumcarbonates, diphosphates), corn starch], thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphurdioxide and nuts containing foods.

Directions: In a mug, mix 45 g (1 sachet) with 60 ml skimmed milk until smooth. Cook in a microwave oven at 700W for 2–3 minutes. After cooking, leave it for 20 extra seconds in the microwave and serve turning it to a plate or spoon it out directly from the mug.
