NRV - reference daily intake for an adult

Usage: Pour the powder directly into the mouth or mix in a glass (200-300 ml) of water and drink. For adults 1 packet, for children aged 6-12 1/2 packets per day after meals. It is not recommended to use it on an empty stomach and before breakfast!

Ingredients: Magnesium citrate (natural origin from Dead Sea water), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), natural lemon flavor.
