Usage: Pour the powder directly into the mouth or mix in a glass (100-200 ml) of water/juice and drink. For adults and children al. From 7 years old, 1 packet per day. Consume after meals.

Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
