Recommended dosage: Mix 2 scoops (14 g) of the product with 300 ml of water. All exogenous ketone foods induce ketosis within 10-20 minutes and maintain elevated blood ketone levels for 2+ hours after consumption. It is best to use this product before and during your workout. Take a maximum of once a day.
