Amix ™ Gourmet Protein - Delicate creamy taste with real dried pieces of fruit or berries. This is a dietary supplement designed to increase lean muscle mass and speed up recovery. After an intense workout, your muscles need high-quality protein and amino acids more than ever to grow. If you do not “feed” them, you will lose in quality and volume, as well as strength indicators.

GOURMET Protein is not only a healthy, but also a delicious whey protein blend (concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate) that allows you to fill the protein deficiency with a low sugar and fat content. It will be your perfect ally, especially when preparing for a competition or cutting down to achieve a low fat percentage and excellent definition! This mixture does not contain aspartame!

Composition and application

How to use: 1 serving 2 scoops = 30 g, (for women 1 or one and a half scoops) mixed with 250 ml. water or milk. Take depending on your diet 1-3 times a day. The main points of protein intake: in the morning, before training, after training (on non-training days, you can take it in the middle of the day), before bedtime and during a big meal break.
