Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 200 ml of water between meals, preferably one (1) hour before meals or three (3) hours after meals.

Ingredients: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferrous gluconate (iron), gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, dye: titanium dioxide), Lactoferrin protein (Bioferrin^® Boost) /from milk/, anticaking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Allergen warning: It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.

Warning: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. The product is not designed for children. Keep away from children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage!
