Allnutrition DiosminAll is a dietary supplement designed for physically active people based on a micronized flavonoid fraction and an extract of the hogweed flower Ruscus aculeatus with added vitamin C. Allnutrition DiosminAll, thanks to the micronized flavonoid fraction, contains rich ingredients such as diosmin and hesperidin.

Diosmin is a natural chemical compound belonging to the flavonoid group. Flavonoids are obtained mainly from the pulp, peel and seeds of citrus fruits. Flavonoids in the plant are responsible, among other things, for fighting insects and fungi that attack the plant, they protect the plant from excessive ultraviolet radiation and act as antioxidants. Diosmin in the digestive system with the participation of the bacterial flora is converted into diritin, which is metabolized to phenolic acids and / or their derivatives and excreted in the urine. Unabsorbed diosmin is excreted in the feces.

Diosmin in combination with hesperidin and vitamin C is recommended to supplement a diet that supports the cardiovascular system.

Hesperidrin is an organic chemical compound that is a hesperetin glycoside, which is a flavonoid type of flavanones. Formerly known as vitamin P2. It has a strong antioxidant effect, mainly supports the synthesis of collagen and the proper maintenance of their structures. Thanks to this, it not only increases the impermeability of blood vessels, but also significantly improves the condition and durability of the skin. It occurs in large quantities in citrus fruits, i.e. lemons and oranges in the white pulp of the skin.
Prickly barley is a plant belonging to the Russian (or barbarian globe) family, originating from the Mediterranean.
