GreenDay® Super Omega 3-6-9 contains extract from fish oil, borage oil and flaxseed oil in softgel, which are sources of unsaturated fatty acids.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA.

Recommended dosage: As a food supplement, take 1 capsule (softgel) daily preferably with meal. Wash down with plenty of water.

Ingredients: fish oil 29 %, gelatin capsule (gelatin, thickener: glycerin, water), flaxseed oil 21,7 %, sunflower seed oil 21 %, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate.

Allergen warning: It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and shellfish.

Warning: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. The product is not designed for children. Keep away from children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage! Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in cool dry place away from sunlight. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
