CarnoSyn^® is the proprietary, patented form of Beta-Alanine. Beta-Alanine is a naturally occuring beta amino acid produced in muscle tissue as a component of carnosine.

Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules after morning meal and 2 capsules approx. 30-60 minutes before physical performance. Wash down with plenty of water.
