Evening Primrose Oil is a quality source of omega-6 essential fatty acids – linoleic acid (LA) and Gamma linoleic acid (GLA). Each softgel contains 1000 mg of high-quality cold-pressed evening primrose oil from the seeds of the flowers of a plant native to North America (Oenothera biennis).

Evening primrose oil is an extremely valuable product for women’s health, well-being and beauty. GLA is used by the body to make hormone-like substances called prostaglandins, which help to reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS), inflammation, symptoms of menopause and swelling, regulate blood flow, etc. In turn LA is necessary for cholesterol, as it contributes to maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Both LA and GLA cannot be produced by the body and therefore must be supplied through diet or supplements.

In addition, the product contributes to women’s beauty, as Omega-6 fatty acids may help treat and prevent acne, thus maintaining healthy & smooth skin.

Evening primrose oil supports the regulation of metabolic function and hormonal balance. To extract the product’s natural goodness, one softgel should be taken twice a day, preferably with meals.
