Marathon 400 g – is a multi-ingredient preparation supporting endurance

- contains creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise

- contains magnesium, potassium and calcium, which help in the proper functioning of muscles. In addition

- contains taurine, l-carnitine and a complex of b vitamins, including vitamins b6, b12, niacin and riboflavin, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

How does Marathon work?

Marathon is a multi-ingredient preparation supporting endurance. It contains creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Marathon contains magnesium, potassium and calcium, which help in the proper functioning of muscles. In addition, Marathon contains taurine, L-carnitine and a complex of B vitamins, including vitamins B6, B12, niacin and riboflavin, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Marathon is recommended for endurance athletes.

Sävellys

Dissolve single serving of the product ‒ 25 g (4 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably before and during or after workout.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Storage: Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15–25°C. Keep out of the reach of children. After opening consume within 3 months.
