Conditionally essential amino acid

Taurine occurs naturally in animal foods and is virtually absent in plant foods. Therefore, taurine levels may be lower in vegetarians than in mixed diets.

This compound is relatively abundant in the brain because taurine is a regulator of the nervous system.

Instructions for use: take 1 capsule before and after exercise on an empty stomach, take the third capsule between meals.
On non-workout days, divide the capsules by 3 times between meals. Always take on an empty stomach with plenty of fluids!
