Scitec PROTEIN PANCAKE powder can be used to make pancakes easily and quickly. Once you've tried it, you won't want low-protein, high-carbohydrate pancakes!

The main benefit of pancakes made from PROTEIN PANCAKE powder is that you can support your muscles with the right amount of faster and slower absorbing proteins (whey, egg, casein) in a very pleasant and tasty way. Proteins help build and maintain muscle mass, are good for bones.

Instructions for use

Mix 37 g (1 scoop) of low-fat milk or water. Experiment with backing thickness depending on whether you want thicker or thinner pancakes. Shake or mix vigorously until it resembles a regular pancake batter. Heat a Teflon pan and fry over medium heat until the cake turns golden brown on both sides. Allergy Info: Contains milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and shellfish ingredients. Use this product as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not a substitute for such. Keep out of the reach of children.
