POW3RD is a complex pre-workout product with carefully selected active ingredients. You really don't know what it can do until you've tried it! We have a mix of different creatines that offers the most researched creatine along with creatine citrate. AKG is an important part of the training body's energy production cycle. L-arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid and a precursor of nitric oxide (NO). The addition of arginine to the menu is a common practice among bodybuilders and other athletes. And we are sure that our other ingredients will be to your taste!
