Melatonin shortens the time taken to fall asleep (beneficial if 1 mg of melatonin is taken immediately before bedtime) and alleviates subjective complaints of time zone change fatigue (beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum dose of 0.5 mg taken at bedtime on the first day and the next few days after destination arrival).

Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cross-linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Melatonin, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids)

As the official effect is achieved with 1 serving (0.95 mg), melatonin should be taken at bedtime on the first and following days of the trip. Consumption of 1 serving (0.95 mg) of melatonin at bedtime also has an effect on superficial sleep disorders.
