Lecithin is a fat-like substance called phospholipid. It consists primarily of B vitamins, phosphoric acid, choline, linoleic acid, and inositol. Lecithin contains all forms of phosphites that occur naturally in cell membranes. Lecithin effect - to maintain the structure of the cell membrane and increase the fluidity of the cell membrane.

Lecithin is an important nutrient for nerves, accounting for 17% of the peripheral nervous system and 30% of the brain. Its absence causes nervous system irritability, fatigue, brain exhaustion.

Lecithin accelerates oxidation processes, ensures normal fat metabolism, improves brain function and cardiovascular system, promotes the uptake of vitamins A, D, E and K, increases resistance to toxic substances and forms red blood cells and hemoglobin. All cells in the body need lecithin, which helps create energy. It also improves the functioning of the nervous system. Lecithin and choline are necessary for the production of hormones and optimal fat metabolism. Each capsule provides 1200 mg of natural lecithin derived from soybeans.
