Digestive aid in case of lactose intolerance

Lactase (ß-galactosidase) is a digestive enzyme that breaks down lactose in milk and dairy products into harmless simple sugars, glucose and galactose. People who do not have this enzyme are unable to take full advantage of lactose and this can cause unpleasant symptoms. The enzyme lactase improves the digestion of lactose in people who have difficulty digesting lactose. *

LACTASE is an ideal food supplement for those who want to enjoy the benefits of whey, casein, caseinate or milk proteins, but suffer from lactose intolerance. Generally, 2500 FCC units are needed to break down 10 to 13 grams of lactose (usually whey protein concentrates contain 5-6% lactose). For highly sensitive lactose intolerant consumers who require 100% conversion, 10,000 FCC units per meal is recommended. 2 of our capsules offer this amount of enzyme!

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule with each lactose containing meal including whey, casein / caseinate, milk protein drinks. (1 capsule is generally enough for the digestion of 20-26 grams of lactose. About 400 ml of whole milk contains this quantity of lactose.)
