This product is designed to support the body during physical activity, especially during high-intensity workouts. Our 5-part creatine matrix (6230 mg) contains the most studied creatine forms. Creatine has been scientifically proven to increase performance with a series of explosive short-term and high-intensity workouts such as strength training and interval training. Many of our main minerals and vitamins have one or more of the following beneficial physiological effects: improving muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, helping to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, improving energy metabolism, ensuring better protein synthesis,

Instructions for use

Mix 1 portion (33 g) with 500 ml of cold water. It is slightly carbonated, open the bottle lid every 5 seconds while mixing to prevent the pressure from rising! Use 30 minutes before training, preferably on an empty stomach. Individuals who are sensitive to stimulants may test for tolerance by taking less than a full serving. Contains 350 mg of caffeine per serving. Do not take other stimulants for 4 hours before and after taking BIG BANG!
