MCT (Medium Chained Triglyceride) is a food fat that has a different chemical structure and structure compared to other food fats. While other fats are Long Chained Triglycerides (LCT) by chemical structure , MCT fat is a medium chain triglyceride.

Due to their different chemical structure, MCT fats also behave differently in the body than regular fats. Namely, they are easier to digest and more efficient to use for energy. In addition, MCT fats are transported to the liver, where they are then easily used for energy.

Ingredients : Palm oil ( MCT - medium chain triglycerides )

Usage: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1-3 times a day. The tasteless and odorless oil is well suited to be added to any food or drink. However, it is not recommended to use the oil at high temperatures (above 160 degrees), because then the chemical structure of the oil begins to decompose and the taste becomes bitter. MCT oil is widely used with coffee or other hot beverages.
