Real Pharm raw almonds

Almonds are a great snack between meals, they are also used in cakes and desserts. In baking, they are used to make almond mass.

Almonds contain: vitamin E, vitamins B1, B2 and PP. Almonds also contain potassium and magnesium.

Almonds are almond seeds, not nuts, but they are commonly incorrectly referred to as that. They even have the title of "king of nuts". Sweet almonds (A. communis var.sativa) originating from the regions of the Middle East are distinguished by their properties and nutritional value - they have a lot of vitamin B2 (1,138 mg / 100 g), vitamin E (25.63 / 100 g) and fiber (12.5 g / 100g). They also contain essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) and mineral elements (especially potassium). Just, among others thanks to these substances, almonds can prevent heart disease and diabetes, which has been scientifically proven. They are also recommended for nausea and heartburn in pregnancy. In addition, they will work well in the diet of vegetarians, people who are slimming and those living under constant stress.
