BCAAs are branched chain amino acids, which are crucial for protein synthesis and for enhancing recovery after workouts. Our body cannot produce these important amino acids on its own, so they have to be supplied from food or supplements, such as from our featured BCAA+ with optimal BCAA 2:1:1 ratio.
