Psyllium is a natural source of soluble fiber obtained from the husk of the seeds of the flea plantain (Plantago ovata). Due to its high ability to swell in water, psyllium helps improve the functioning of the digestive system, normalize stool and gently cleanse the intestines.

Supports normal bowel function – facilitates peristalsis and prevents constipation
Regulates cholesterol and blood sugar levels – due to its high dietary fiber content, it can help lower “bad” cholesterol (LDL) levels and slow down the absorption of glucose
Supports weight control - when combined with liquid, it increases in volume, causing a feeling of satiety and reducing appetite
Natural and safe composition - the product does not contain gluten, sugar, artificial additives and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Sävellys

How to use: Mix 1 tablespoon daily with at least a glass of water or juice. Be sure to drink plenty of extra fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

Warnings: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. Natural color variation may occur in this product. This product is sold by weight, not volume. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
