OstroVit Oat Flour Whole Grain is a type 2000 whole grain oat flour.
It is a product from the latest series of ecological flours by OstroVit, which went a step further and included 10 different flours in its offer, containing a high content of dietary fiber. Depending on the type, each of the flours has specific sensory features and individual properties that you will use in the kitchen to prepare the most delicious and various dishes and baked goods.

Type 2000 whole-grain oat flour is obtained by grinding whole oat grains. It is recommended for baking bread, rolls, as an ingredient of breadcrumbs, omelettes, pancakes or as a thickener for soups and sauces.
