MSM (methylsulfanylmethane) is a water-soluble organic sulfur compound. In nature, MSM is found in rainwater and lake water, as well as in many fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, cereals and fresh cow's milk, but it loses its useful properties during processing (freezing, heating, etc.). MSM is a form of sulfur that is a major component in the body for the formation of collagen, elastane, cartilage and keratin.

Provides flexibility and strength to muscles, bones, joints, inner membranes and mainly skin, hair and nails. Natural sulfur is a "beauty mineral" - it keeps hair shiny, skin smooth and complexion youthful. Research has shown that many people are deficient in sulfur and grow with age.
