OstroVit Maltodextrin is a powder product containing maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide resulting from partial hydrolysis of starch, which works great as an easily and quickly available energy source that you need during the day and to increase your training performance.

Maltrodextrin is a polysaccharide that consists of glucose molecules that are linked by α-1,4-glycosidic bonds. Usually the "polymeric" chains that make up maltodextrin consist of three to even seventeen glucose molecules. Maltodextrin is usually obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch. In the US, this starch is usually corn; wheat is common in Europe. Maltodextrin is very quickly absorbed and enters the bloodstream, increasing insulin levels, provides muscles with "fuel", stimulates growth and increases efficiency and overall fitness.

Sävellys

Dissolve one serving of the product 50 g (5 tablespoons) in 200-250 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily. Preferably around training.
