OstroVit Choline + Inositol

Choline and inositol are B vitamins.

Choline is present in virtually all living tissues and is essential for normal synaptic transmission.
Inositol is included in the formula due to its synergistic action - together with choline, it helps the liver metabolize cholesterol and fats.

Choline is known for its nootropic action, since the body synthesizes the most important neurotransmitter acetylcholine from it. Choline is used to fight high cholesterol levels, improve memory and protect the liver.

Inositol is an excellent sleeping pill. It relieves a person of tension and lowers high blood pressure. Inositol is an effective remedy for atherosclerosis, restores the structure of nervous tissue, and also has dermatotropic properties.

Choline and inositol are popular sources of lecithin, which may be beneficial for Parkinson's disease, high cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, hair loss, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, high blood pressure, and nervous system disorders.
