OstroVit Ashwagandha VEGE

Ashwagandha is a herb already known from traditional Indian medicine or Ayurveda. Usually, the extract is obtained from the root or above-ground part of the plant, but it is sometimes used as a whole as in the case of the OstroVit Ashwagandha VEGE product. Welcome sleep is one of the groups of adaptogenic substances, i.e. those that improve the condition of our nervous system and general well-being. Adaptogens support everyday functioning in stressful situations, extreme exhaustion or during hard training sessions and heavy body fat reduction cycles. Research indicates that ashwagandha is a panacea for increased cortisol or stress hormone, whose high level is very bad for us. Ashwagandha can help increase physical and mental resistance, as well as improve concentration and focus.

Extract from the whole ashwagandha plant (Withania somnifera L.) standardized to 7.2% withanolides, 1% with alkaloids and 0.25% with withaferin A, capsule shell (filling substance: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; gelling substance: gellan gum; dyes: erythrosine, titanium dioxide), indigo carmine.
